Dr Vazquez is the BEST! He was my Pulmonary Dr at my stay @ Memorial West. Hired him on the spot upon my release. He & his staff have treated me like gold. VERY HAPPY & HIGHLY RECOMMEND. They also help with prescription refills in dire needs applications.
